How you pay without financing
- Outdoor kitchens: 50% deposit to start production, 50% seven days before installation.
- Pergolas and terraces with a permit: 25% at signing, 25% at city approval, 25% when installation starts, 25% on completion.
- Pergolas and terraces without a permit: 50% at signing, 50% before installation.
- Appliances: paid in full before pickup or delivery.
- Card payments on projects and invoices carry a 3% surcharge; ACH has no surcharge. The online store has no card surcharge.
