Modern Terrace

The Modern Terrace is our most minimalist structure: a clean aluminum volume with a solid, insulated roof and no overhangs. Beams sit flush with the columns, so the silhouette reads as a simple square box that disappears into contemporary architecture instead of competing with it.

Structurally it is the same rust-proof system as every Perello Patio terrace: 6” x 6” aluminum columns, 3” x 8” beams, 3” insulated roof panels and 100% stainless-steel hardware, powder-coated in the color you choose. Engineered and permitted to the Florida Building Code, fabricated in our Doral shop and installed by our own crew in Miami-Dade.

Available freestanding or attached to the house, it is the natural choice for flat-roof homes, modern renovations and covered outdoor kitchens where you want shade and rain protection with the quietest possible design. Pair it with a Weather Pro or WPC kitchen for one continuous language of straight lines.
