- Fabrication in Doral. Once the permit is issued, our shop builds it in about two weeks.
- Installation. Our own crew installs it in days, not weeks, and walks the finished pergola with you.

Which pergola models do you build?
Two: the Square Pergola with 6” x 6” columns and the Square+ Pergola with 8” x 8” columns for longer spans. Both come attached to the house or freestanding, in bronze or white. If you want a solid roof, the same frames become our terraces.
Do I need a permit for a pergola in Miami?
Yes. A pergola is a permanent structure and Miami-Dade and Broward require engineering and a permit. As licensed General Contractors (CGC 1525000) we prepare the drawings and pull the permit for you.
Will an aluminum pergola survive a hurricane?
Ours are engineered to the Florida Building Code for South Florida wind loads, in structural aluminum with stainless-steel hardware. Nothing to take down before a storm.
How long does it take?
Most of the timeline is the city and, if applicable, the HOA review. Once the permit is issued, our shop fabricates in about two weeks and installation takes a few days.
Can I add lights, fans or an outdoor kitchen under it?
Yes. We pre-wire for LED lighting and fans, and we design the pergola and the outdoor kitchen together so the columns, the grill and the vent line up.
