Modern+ Terrace

The Modern+ Terrace takes the same minimalist box as the Modern Terrace and gives it presence: 8” x 8” aluminum columns, a bolder, more architectural proportion that suits larger footprints, taller ceilings and homes with heavier volumes. Still no overhangs, still a pure square silhouette; simply more substantial.

The oversized columns are not decoration. They allow longer spans with fewer supports, so a big patio can stay open underneath, and they give the structure the visual weight to stand next to a two-story façade or a full outdoor kitchen with bar. Same 3” x 8” beams, 3” insulated roof panels, stainless hardware and powder-coat finish, engineered and permitted to the Florida Building Code.

Fabricated in our Doral shop and installed by our own crew in Miami-Dade, freestanding or attached. Choose the Modern+ when the space is generous and you want the terrace to read as part of the architecture, not an add-on.
