What moves the price
1. The appliances (the biggest factor)
A built-in grill goes from about $1,500 for a Bull Steer or Blaze 25" to $5,000+ for a Bull Brahma 38" or a Blaze Professional. Add an outdoor refrigerator ($700 – $2,400), a side or power burner, a kegerator, an ice maker or a pizza oven and the total moves fast. We sell Bull, Blaze, Fire Magic, AOG, Napoleon, Mont Alpi, PCM, Big Green Egg, Twin Eagles and Kokomo, and about 90% of it is in stock in Doral.
2. Length and shape
Every foot adds cabinet, countertop and frame. A straight run is the most economical; an L-shape or an island adds a corner module and more granite.
3. The finish
Weather Pro (UV-protected PVC cladding, lifetime warranty) is our main line. WPC gives a real-wood look with a 10-year warranty. Both sit on the same welded aluminum frame.

Questions people ask
How much should I budget for an outdoor kitchen in South Florida?
Ready-to-go outdoor kitchens start at $5,500 installed. Most families choose an 8 to 10 ft kitchen with a built-in grill, a door, a drawer and a refrigerator, which lands between $8,000 and $17,500 with the appliances included. You get a real number in about an hour: send us the length you have and the appliances you want.
How much does an outdoor kitchen cost in Florida compared to other states?
In Florida the frame has to survive salt air, humidity and hurricanes. Wood rots and steel studs rust, so a cheap kitchen is replaced in a few years. Our cabinets are welded structural aluminum with a lifetime warranty on Weather Pro cladding, and the price above already includes the granite countertop.
Do you need a permit for an outdoor kitchen in Florida?
No. Our outdoor kitchens are movable pieces of furniture, not fixed structures, so they need no permit. Pergolas and terraces do need a permit, and we handle it for you.
How much does it cost to install an outdoor kitchen?
Installation is included in our prices. The kitchen arrives assembled from our Doral shop and is installed in about 1 hour, like a furniture delivery. Your address sets the delivery fee; Miami-Dade is the lowest.
What is the cost per linear foot?
It depends on the appliances more than on the cabinet. Two kitchens of the same length can differ by $5,000 because of the grill, the refrigerator or a pizza oven. That is why we ask for length and appliances first and then give you one real price, not a range.
Is there financing?
Yes. Financing with Synchrony on installed outdoor kitchens: no interest if paid in full within 18 months, subject to credit approval. See our financing page.
