Aluminum Terraces in Miami
A terrace is a pergola with a solid, insulated roof: real shade and full rain cover, in structural aluminum that never rusts. Engineered and permitted to the Florida Building Code, fabricated in our own Doral shop and installed by our own crew.
Why an aluminum terrace
Wood twists, grows mold and feeds termites; steel rusts at the welds with the sea breeze; canvas and fabric roofs need constant maintenance. Our terraces are 100% structural aluminum with baked powder-coat finish and stainless-steel hardware: immune to rust, salt air, pool water and UV.
The 3” insulated roof panel blocks the heat, muffles the rain and has no moving parts. It is a permanent structure, engineered for hurricane winds and sealed by Florida engineers: nothing to take down before a storm.
How it works
- Talk to us. Call, text, chat with Patxi or come to the showroom with your measurements.
- Design in minutes. Our designer configures your terrace live: model, size, attached or freestanding, bronze or white. You leave with the drawing and the price.
- Permit and engineering. We prepare the drawings, handle the city and, if needed, your HOA.
- Fabrication in Doral. Once the permit is issued, our shop builds it in about two weeks.
- Installation. Our own crew installs it in days, not weeks, and walks the finished terrace with you.
Five terrace models. Same roof, your proportion.
All five share the insulated roof, the stainless hardware and the engineering. They differ in column size and presence, from the accessible Modern LT to the monumental Square+.
Standard profiles, fixed sizes, 6” fascia with built-in gutter. Installed in one to two days.
See Modern LT →The minimalist box: beams flush with the columns, no overhangs, clean contemporary lines.
See Modern →The same box with bolder proportions for large patios, long spans and tall façades.
See Modern+ →The classic silhouette with a solid roof: the proportion that fits most Miami homes and pool decks.
See Square →Heavier columns for the biggest covered patios, fewer supports and a monumental presence.

Fixed prices by size, attached or freestanding, bronze or white. Pick up in Doral or let our crew install it in Miami-Dade.

Do I need a permit for a terrace in Miami-Dade?
Yes. A terrace is a permanent structure. As licensed General Contractors (CGC 1525000) we prepare the engineering and pull the permit for you; you sign, we handle the rest.
What is the difference between a terrace and a pergola?
A pergola has rafters that filter the sun; a terrace has a solid, insulated roof that gives full shade and rain protection. Both use the same aluminum structure.
Which terrace models are available?
Five: Modern LT, Modern, Modern+, Square and Square+, attached or freestanding, in bronze or white.
How long does it take?
Most of the timeline is the city and HOA review. Once the permit is issued, our shop fabricates in about two weeks and installation takes days, not weeks.
Can I combine a terrace with an outdoor kitchen?
It is our most requested project. A terrace over a Weather Pro or WPC outdoor kitchen gives you a covered cooking and dining area that works in sun and rain.
