Outdoor Kitchens and Pergolas in Pompano Beach, FL
Perello Patio designs, fabricates and installs outdoor kitchens, aluminum pergolas and terraces for homes in Pompano Beach. Everything is built in our own shop in Doral and installed by our own crew. For pergolas and terraces, we prepare the engineering and pull the City of Pompano Beach Building Division permit for you; the engineer's fee for the sealed plans is quoted separately, and any corrections the city requests are included.
Coastal Pompano Beach is hard on outdoor appliances: we specify stainless-steel appliances from Bull and Blaze and rust-proof aluminum frames; a cover and a regular fresh-water rinse keep them looking new.

Questions from Pompano Beach
Do I need a permit for an outdoor kitchen or pergola in Pompano Beach?
A pergola, terrace or gazebo is a permanent structure and needs a permit from the City of Pompano Beach Building Division. As licensed General Contractors we prepare the engineering and pull it for you. An outdoor kitchen does not need a permit: it is freestanding furniture. If you plan gas, water or electrical connections, a member of our team will review that with you.
Which areas near Pompano Beach do you serve?
Pompano Beach, Lighthouse Point, Deerfield Beach and Coconut Creek, and the rest of Broward County.
How long does it take?
Outdoor kitchens need no permit: our shop fabricates them in about two weeks and installation takes about a day. For pergolas and terraces, the paperwork (engineering, HOA review where applicable and city permit) takes several weeks; once approved, we fabricate in about two weeks and install in a few days.
Can I see the materials before I decide?
Yes. Weather Pro and WPC cabinets in every color, granite tops, aluminum in bronze and white and working appliances are all at the Doral showroom.
