Outdoor Kitchens and Pergolas in Coral Gables, FL
Perello Patio designs, fabricates and installs outdoor kitchens, aluminum pergolas and terraces for homes in Coral Gables. Everything is built in our own shop in Doral and installed by our own crew. For pergolas and terraces, we prepare the engineering and pull the City of Coral Gables (Board of Architects review) permit for you; the engineer's fee for the sealed plans is quoted separately, and any corrections the city requests are included.
Coral Gables reviews the look of every structure: we prepare the elevations and color samples the Board of Architects requires.

Questions from Coral Gables
Do I need a permit for an outdoor kitchen or pergola in Coral Gables?
A pergola, terrace or gazebo is a permanent structure and needs a permit from the City of Coral Gables (Board of Architects review). As licensed General Contractors we prepare the engineering and pull it for you. An outdoor kitchen does not need a permit: it is freestanding furniture. If you plan gas, water or electrical connections, a member of our team will review that with you.
Which areas near Coral Gables do you serve?
Coral Gables, Coconut Grove, South Miami and Brickell, and the rest of Miami-Dade County.
How long does it take?
Outdoor kitchens need no permit: our shop fabricates them in about two weeks and installation takes about a day. For pergolas and terraces, the paperwork (engineering, HOA review where applicable and city permit) takes several weeks; once approved, we fabricate in about two weeks and install in a few days.
Can I see the materials before I decide?
Yes. Weather Pro and WPC cabinets in every color, granite tops, aluminum in bronze and white and working appliances are all at the Doral showroom.
